So far on Clayton Echard’s Bachelor season, we’ve met one woman who was supposed to get married the day filming started and another woman who quite literally said the words “he sucks,” “I hate him,” and “I would eat him” on night one. So yeah, this crop of contestants is absolutely legendary and it’s been approximately five minutes. And today we’re here to talk about how Clayton and Jesse Palmer are the same person a contestant named Cassidy Timbrooks. In case you missed Cassidy in the premiere, she rolled in on an extremely tiny toy car:
And if you’re in the mood to know a little more about her—including exactly how far she makes it in the show and a bunch of slightly bizarre spoilers—keep reading. Just, um, emphasis on spoilers because a ton of info about what goes down between Cassidy and Clayton is coming your way.
CASSIDY IS AN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT FROM LOS ANGELES
And like most exec assistants, Cassidy has a “fast-paced” lifestyle—which means she needs a partner who can keep the f*ck up!
According to ABC’s heroic bio writer, Cassidy is also “a bold, blunt woman who isn’t afraid to say how she feels or do what she wants. She spent her twenties experiencing life to the fullest and, through her past experiences, has figured out what she’s truly looking for.”
Cassidy (who is originally from Arizona, FYI) also “wants someone attracted to her independence, a teammate who wants to create a home, and someone who can match her adventurous nature.”
P.S. While we’re here, the “fun facts” ABC was able to come up with about Cassidy are as follows:
- She doesn’t like clubs because she hates waiting in lines.
- She has a matching tattoo with her mom.
- She is a pro at driving stick shift.
Wow! Wild! Someone hold her back!
Kay, what comes below this GIF is a spoiler, plz be advised:
CASSIDY GETS A GROUP DATE ROSE TAKEN AWAY FROM HER
Apparently, Clayton and his contestants go on their first group date of the season at some sort of birthday party (IDEK), and according to Reality Steve, Cassidy gets the rose. But uhhhhh…she also gets it taken away from her by the end of the episode and gets sent home.
And here are the Friday Fun Fact reveals I haven’t given you:
Cassidy Timbrooks – episode 2. https://t.co/2uRBqvrfiD— RealitySteve (@RealitySteve) December 7, 2021
Judging from the trailer for next week’s ep, Cassidy is super upset about the decision because we see footage of her weeping while saying, “I didn’t do anything to these people. I didn’t do anything to hurt them. I’ve done everything I can to not upset them.”
CASSIDY WAS ALLEGEDLY TEXTING ANOTHER GUY
The reason Cassidy was sent home? She apparently wasn’t on the show for the “right reasons.” Reality Steve revealed this after posting the following blind item: “There is a woman this season who was texting a guy in the hotel pre-show before she got her phone taken away. This becomes a storyline on the show.”
Cassidy Timbrooks. Again. Kinda goes hand in hand with that first tweet as to why she got her group date rose taken away and sent home.
She’s also a major super fan of the show. https://t.co/ByFaPObjzO— RealitySteve (@RealitySteve) December 7, 2021
He elaborated further on his blog, writing, “Cassidy Timbrooks was still texting a guy while she was in quarantine before she got her phone taken away. This news made its way back to Clayton, and even though Cassidy already had a group date rose from that week, he decides to take it away from her and send her home.”
